Toward the end of the season three trailer, Kourtney was heard saying: “There’s no sense of loyalty.” In that portion of the trailer, she appeared to be speaking to Kris Jenner. Kris nodded her head while wearing a sour expression on her face. It was not immediately clear who Kourtney was talking about in the trailer but she appeared angry.
